A new 53,500 sq. ft., 68 unit apartment building overlooking the Halifax waterfront.
A new 53,500 sq. ft, 68 modern unit condo, with a 13,380 sq. ft ground floor consisting of a parking garage, storage rooms and mechanical rooms along the Dartmouth waterfront. The apartment has 4 levels of condo space on top of a garage / service level, all with wrap around concrete patios and vistas of the Halifax waterfront. Our experience with waterfront projects and building envelopes allowed us to confidently suggest an exterior building product which resulted in a drastic benefit for the owner without increasing the budget or schedule.
