A new 16,000 sq. ft. Independent Living Seniors Apartment Building for Northwood – the largest not-for-profit continuing care rganization in Atlantic Canada.
Located adjacent to Northwood’s Ivany Campus in Bedford, the Northwood Independent Living Apartment is geared towards retirees and those with family members receiving care at the Ivany Campus. It offers studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. The building has an underground concrete parking garage with 4 floors of wood frame construction above. The external envelope features PVC windows and curtain walling with decorative stone masonry and vinyl siding.
